IS APMUNCH OFFERED INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time APmunch is only offered in the United States. We offer free shipping nation wide!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY APMUNCH BOX?

APmunch subscription boxes are shipped out the first week of every month. All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail, so will arrive within 2/3 days. Due to current world events there may be a slight delay in some shipping.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS IN THE BOX KOSHER CERTIFIED?

Yes, all products in the APmunch Box and marketplace are kosher certified. Certifications range from OU, KSA, Star K, EarthKosher, and more respected certifications. Not all products are Parve, one or two products per month may be either dairy or dairy equipment. For any modifications due to this please contact support@apmunch.com to make the necessary changes to your box.

WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS COME IN THE APMUNCH BOX?

Every month we include new products from emerging brands such as: Protein bars, chocolates, energy bars, protein chips, healthy beverages etc. We offer a variety of products some of which are gluten-free, some are vegan, and some are keto friendly, however it is a variety of healthy snacks, it is not specific to these diets. We will be launching curated boxes specifc to Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Keto in the near future!

HOW MANY PRODUCTS COME IN THE BOX?

Each box has 8-10 snacks and beverages in it every month.

DOES APMUNCH HAVE A CORPORATE BOX FOR COMPANIES AND EMPLOYEES?

Yes! Please contact us at support@apmunch.com for special packages and pricing for your company and employees.

HOW DO I GIFT AN APMUNCH BOX?

Select the gift subscription box option on our menu to gift a prepaid APmunch subscription.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

To change your address email us at support@apmunch.com and we will have it changed for you.

MY PROMO CODE IS NOT WORKING?

Sometimes the promo codes may fall out of sync, causing them to not apply to your order. For any questions or concerns in this regard please email support@apmunch.com and we will have that fixed ASAP.

I'M A NEW VENDOR, HOW DO I WORK WITH APMUNCH?

We are constantly adding new products to our boxes. Please email support@apmunch.com with details about your product!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel your subscription at any time, however, If you have committed for a longer subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment your subscription will automatically be cancelled. We do not give refunds for boxes cancelled after the charge date. If you cancel after you are already charged we will send you that months box and cancel your subscription from thereon. 

WHY WAS MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWED?

APmunch is a subscription service that automatically renews at the end of each cycle, same as most other services of it's type. We do this to ensure all snackers don't miss a single APmunch Box.

You will get charged on the same day you made your initial purchase every month. Example: If you made your purchase on the 15th, you will get charged on the 15th every month. All subscriptions automatically renew at the rate you have purchased it at. If you want to change or cancel your subscription, please email support@apmunch.com. If you have signed up for a multi month subscription you will still be charged for the remaining boxes if you cancel before the end of your commitment term.
